New Albany firefighters rescue puppy stuck in air duct

NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WISH) — Members of the New Albany Fire Department rescued a puppy from a choky spot Tuesday morning.

Crew members were called to a location successful the 2300 artifact of East Market Street connected Tuesday greeting aft a puppy got stuck successful an aerial duct.

Photos posted to the department’s Facebook page showed a tiny grey puppy stuck successful the aerial duct successful the crawl abstraction of the home. The puppy’s caput was seen sticking retired of a piping section.

“Firefighters had to participate into the crawl abstraction of the location to dismantle the piping and region the stuck pup,” the section said online. “We are blessed to study that the puppy and her proprietor were reunited successful nary time.”

The puppy’s rescue was the 2nd favored rescue for the section connected Tuesday. Earlier successful the time crews were called to a location connected East 11th Street to rescue a feline from the extortion of a house.
